"How and Why" Walk
Teams of 3 - a facilitator (manages group & vets questions) a reporter (writes down, asks the question), & narrator (writes down answers to all questions). Need clipboard, 3 x 5 cards for questions and answers.
Archbold group will demonstrate a question & response.
Teams disperse to frame one "How" or "Why" question. Write down on card. No explicit "what" questions. No questions allowed other than those of the groups.
All groups reconvene to ask questions of Archbold staff
Staff give broad responses to questions. Team narrator makes notes on answers to all questions.
Repeat. Review notes as group. Debrief. Hand in cards.
