Archbold Biological Station

Station Atlas. These are Digital Orthographic Quarter-Quad (DOQQ) maps based on 1999 aerial photographs by the U.S. Geological Survey, with one file for each tract. Image processing by SW Fla. Water Mgmt. Dist. DOQQ files are available from Fla. Dept. Env. Protect., Land Boundary Info. System (LABINS).

Station Base Maps. Use either the Burn Unit or Study Tract map for registering research sites with the Station's Land Manager. The Burn Unit Map is fine-grained with over 100 units, and the Study Tracts Map is coarse-grained with only 17 units.
