All Researchers and Visitors are required to complete a visitor application. Choose the application that best fits the purpose of your visit/stay at Archbold; provide as many details as possible and submit it for approval. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee your request or project will be approved.
NOTE: Sept 1, 2011 - We are in the process of updating our visitor applications so please contact our Facilities Coordinator to receive your application via email, fax or mail. We will have these downloadable forms available online very soon.
A Release of Liability form must also be signed and sent with your application. For groups, a release form is required for each individual.
